Charlotte is one of the Founders of Simple Sourcing and is the Sustainability Officer within the organisation. She is responsible for all sustainable practices as well managing all operational areas, inclusive of Client Relationships. Charlotte also wanted to create an organisation that would empower women in the workplace, as there is a current gender imbalance in the world of promotions and sourcing! She is deeply passionate about the environment, and has instilled her own core personal values into Simple Sourcing. When she’s not at work, she loves to litter-pick whilst listening to her favourite podcast. She also (willingly) eats peanut butter by the bucket load, and loves to lift heavy weights!

Matthew Birkett is one of the Founders of Simple Sourcing and works as a Director within the organisation. He’s responsible for all client relationships and ensuring a high-quality service is provided at all times. Matthew loves how layered the industry is, allowing him to work in a strategic way with high-quality clients. With a passion for sustainability, Matthew also works hard with clients to educate them on how to make better choices for their organisations. When he’s not working hard, he loves to unwind and release some dopamine playing Padel – would you dare to challenge him!?

Larissa joined Simple Sourcing back in 2016, and currently leads our Account Management team. She is integral to strategic operations within Simple Sourcing, ensuring that projects meet client expectations as well as utilising key feedback to improve how the Account Managers operate. Larissa joined Simple Sourcing due to her passion for sustainability, and is continuously educating herself (and her clients) on how to make better, more conscious choices as a regular attendee of seminars and conferences within the field. Before Larissa became our Account Director and client machine, she used to design women’s tailoring for a very well-known high street brand!
